In the case of defective displays, there are basically three possibilities:
1.
When your display develops stripes or when it remains black, it can be repaired by a special procedure. The cost depends on the amount of work required. You can come to know it in our price list. We can inform you of the exact price after we have checked your display.
2.
If your display is broken or if it's losing crystal fluid, it has to be replaced. In this case we can offer you new, and in many cases used displays. To do this, we need your notebook in our workshop in order to determine what is possible in your case.
3.
If your display is dark, the most probabile cause is the backlight module. The image in the background is in this case very dim. The inverter or the neon-tube known as CCFL-tube is broken. To establish this we need to replace those parts in our repair shop.
